Actually unfortunately a lot of companies are going that route.....i had telephone interview with Hewitt (a consulting firm in chicago area) and with Thompson Corp in MN...both Interviews went very well...but when i was asked about my Status...i was told that they can do transfer for H!B but WILL NOT hire someone who needs it from 2009 Quota as it is way too uncertain now.
