i wondered about that too but gave the benefit of doubt to IAF - it being we do not know all that transpired. If however what's been floated in public is the full truth then I do agree that this kind of graciousness (or ineptness as you characterise) is dangerous. saving grace ofcourse is that pakistanis wont have the guts to do that - they're moe the sneak at night type
