I am sure there will be enough educated Balochis who can take major jobs, almost all the labour jobs should be given to Balochis as well but it will be totally wrong to discourage non-balochs investing in balochistan. Gwadar project can change the face of Balochistan if managed properly but i don’t think it’s that easy.

Even if there are enough Balochis to do the jobs, they will only be given a token presence. It will be run by Punjabis. Time will show this.
