If he couldn't go due to his busy schedule, his parents can visit USA
we do the same thing we go every year i stay for 3 weeks and my wife for about 2 months, if we are not able to go that year my parents visit us, charges are same for everyone :)
when visit india your schedule will be busy and you can't spend some quality time with them, if they visit you, you have whole 6 months
