which is also under the title Profile → edit options on top right of this page…
go all the way down to: Miscellaneous Options
Select from the drop down: “Enhanced Interface - FULL WSYWIG Editor” from the first box that states: “Message Editor Interface”
Click on “Save Changes” button at the bottom
