Exactly ... and there is no need to make a big deal out of such issues. Muslims in Switzerland should worry about praying 5 times more than to worry about whether the place of prayer has a minaret or not.
In fact, here in USA, where I used to live .. masjid committee collected some ridiculous amount of fund to build a minarate. few hundred thousand dollars. I was like, dude, why do we need to spend such a huge amount on a peice of structure that has not functionality left in the western mosques. Why cant you send this money to poor countries or do somethinng else with that.
Exactly. Why don't we stop buying new models of phones, machines and gadgets every year and start sending that money to poor people.
