Most of the Pakistani TV dramas these days are based on themes of marital infidelity, pre-marital affairs, rape or prostitution.
Maybe it is reaction to the very strict Zia era.
Pak TV plays are catching up to the 80's Indian movie scene where in every other movie a girl declared "Mein tumhare bache ki maa manney wali hoon" obviously before marriage.
It's debatable whether this is just portraying reality or promoting it at the same time.
No wonder these actresses are going this far in outside productions.
