also these guys need to stop signing in with fake accounts and pretending to be real customers! I am pretty sure they are doing well coz stuff gets sold out here pretty fast and the hum group has partnered up with them. but fake reviews is a NO NO! so stop it!
Has anyone ordered from their site? I can't find reviews ...
How fast do they ship within Pakistan?
Hi guys...haven't been here in ages...I miss Gupshup :-)
Yes, Labels e store is HEAVEN! I purchased an AFH and a Sania Maskatiya outfit last November. My experience was AWESOME! I got the outfits within 4 days or so (I live in California). I expected excellent quality from both designers and that's exactly what I got. Labels really came through when I asked them to get me a particular Sania Maskatiya outfit that was not on their website. They contacted Sania directly and within a few hours they placed a custom order. Talk about customer service! I dealt with Ather. At one point, I had issues getting my creditcard payment to go through, and Ather called my cellphone and troubleshooted the error. The issue was NOT with their website; my cc company resolved the issue.
After shopping at Labels and knowing that it's there, I don't think I will EVER contact another home based designer again. They are constantly adding new designers...sombody please tell 'Menahel and Mehreen' to get their ass on Labels-e-store. I sent my cousin to their exibition last year and their stuff is amazing...understated elegance at it's finest. Prices aren't too bad. Nida Azwer is more expensive than MnM.
Last night I placed an order for a couple of Lawn joras...SS and Nida Azwer...and was so glad that I didn't have to send a relative to the exibition. I guess Labels is SUPER busy these days with lawn mania and that's why no one got back to me about my questions regarding stitching. I decided to purchase unstitched outfits, delivered to my phupho in KHI, and have them stitched by my own tailor. Hope this experience is just as good :-)
But yeah, Labels-e-store will prove to be revolutionary. Who wants to deal with home-based designers when you can get an authentic designer jora from Labels. And to top it off, the stockists for most designers have such high mark-ups that you feel liek smacking them for rippin g people off. For eg. I paid $350 for my AFH...a stockist in Houston sells it for nearly $500...WTF? The difference will get me another jora from Sania Maskatiya!
Brought some Elan and Nida Azwer lawn. Live in Cali and the Elan order arrives today (I brought just the fabric). Excellent customer service and can't rave enough on the easibility of ordering/Shipping.
^ any update on your experience? did you place an order with them?
i saw a couple of threads & motifs outfits that I liked and were reasonably priced (~200 CAD).. anyone ordered any threads & motifs outfits? would like to hear about the quality
I came acroos this wbsite online and knew that gupshup would have a thread on it. but fter reading the whole thread im still confuse as to wether its a reliable site with genuine outfits.
I wanted to also ask that theres this alkarm vol.2 lawn jora, vesitito pink and it says its for about 2500pkr i think but someone in pakistan told me that its actually 5600pkr
Please can someone tell me what the real prie is and if this website is trustable or not.
If moderators could comment plss too if theyve had any exp with this estore
^the clothes are real and if you dont get "made to order"--should get them relatively quick. My personal experience is as follows:
found out after several months that my order was stuck from Feeha Jamshed's side. Was refunded by Labels for the items and just made a new purchase (Sania Maskatiya Aghaaz)....let's hope I get this one at least.
Those of you who received your items must be the few lucky ones. I placed an order almost a month ago and as I type this, I have yet to receive my items. It took them two weeks to figure out that the al karam outfits I ordered were no longer in stock. Why list it on your website then!! I then proceeded to substitute items within the same price range for the out of stock items. I was informed yeah sure no problem that could be done. I thought great, problem solved! I then get another email saying one of my other kurta was not available in the color I wanted, but instead in a different color. I said no problem, I'll go ahead and get whatever color is available. Again, took them two weeks to realize oh this color isn't available anymore. First an issue with al karam, and now another designer. Seriously?!
I placed an order before a trip, and I had ordered presents for my sister, thinking I will get my items in three days. I had made sure I ordered items in stock and nothing made to measure! The trip is now over and I still don't have a single item in my hand. It has been an absolute nightmare dealing with them. There is no number to call. Yes, they respond to my email quickly but it is always some lame excuse as to why I still don't have my clothes. Based on the reviews here, I had placed an order but I have my doubts about using them again. Apparently, my stuff is being dispatched, but still unable to track anything. Anytime I mention I want to cancel my order, all I get is the generic "extremely sorry for the inconvenience caused." I'm so close to filing a complaint with my cc company if nothing is dispatched this week. ANNOYING!
