Interesting thing is that this thread could be digged up 10 years from now, and Kaleem, and Roman will STILL be around, and still calling themselves young.

I don't get this. I'll click on a topic. I scroll down, and see all these people that don't post anymore, and I'm like..."wait a second...".
I look over on the date, and invariably its some 5 year old thread that someone dug up.
I have a question. What do you people do? Type in topics in search - relook them up, and then reply to them?
And if so. Why?
I love those threads...They are such a nice surprise from years past and bring back memory of that exact moment and emotions...
It's just sad that there were a couple of mods who locked away some nice memories because they didn't like it...Stupid...

Lajawab - We don’t lock the threads, we remove the recent posts. And it’s not because we don’t like it, it’s to keep it from becoming a problem (like if everyone starts this thread-reviving trend, the forum will get too crowded, knowhumsayin?). stup id

Hmmm...You sound like a thread locking mod...Say it ain't so phattu, say it ain't so...
But, on a serious note, GS has probably a few megs, if not gigs, of archived treasure...So what if it's recycled? Let it be...Maybe I said something years ago that I want to clarify and discuss, what's wrong with it?
Which reminds me of m,y most memorable thread ever...The one about the 4 wives...Man, that was something...
But it's now sent to the dungeons of no return by a supposedly well wishing mod...Never to return...

We only remove the recent posts if the thread is revived for no real reason. (For example, if someone revives a thread in the Cafe just to write “lol”, then we will remove the post). You are allowed to revive threads if you want to re-discuss a topic. 
Really, if Mods just went around locking things just because they don’t like them, that would mean I have would have to lock your face. 
and I don’t see how that’s physically possible.
