gupshup encoding is forced (For automatic detection) as ISO-8859 (to enable those black bullets between cafe, general, etc on the quickie menu on the right hand corner of every page).. your title is using Unicode, which is UTF-8 ..
u can force encoding to Unicode, but then the bullets kinda become all "????" question marks... so gotta find a middle ground
