U r right i havent watched a pakistani movie in a while. but lets not forget pakistani movies are made for a particular group of people. And they r the ones who paint ur houses and work other odd jobs. Unfortunately their only source of entertainment is to watch a rated R movie in a cinema as most of them cant even afford a TV. U take the rated R stuff out..... and try and do something intellectual with the movies, ur cinemas will go out of business so thats why the movie industry is in a state that it is right now. The same holds true for indian movies, only they r watched by supposedly "intellectual" perverts.

if u call urself PAKISTANI then there is nothing wrong with learning what the texts in PAKISTAN have to offer. Every country has a biased media. Unfortunately some of us with inferiority complexes after living in the west for a long time start following the jewish media and their stats which are also bigtime biased and start ridiculing the PAKISTANI school of thoughts. U always hear about the holocaust just cos it was committed against jews but u never hear about the genocide committed by west in africa and asia or how the west eliminated the entire population of native indians in America. Think about it. I get a chance to read Washington Post everyday and its amazing how biased even the news get especially when it comes to a muslim country.
Similarly, some in PAKISTAN tend to follow the indian media due to their roots. And thats why u hear about these horrible things about PAK army during 71 war and how 90k PAK army produced 2m kids in bangladesh. Someone tell me how is that possible? The facts are definitely not written in PAKISTANI text books and they are not written in books written by a jew or a hindu.
Facts are what you want them to be. If you call urself a PAKISTANI and live on its soil and eat here study here work here and have ur ancestors burried here then as an obligation to this great PAKLAND you beleive in a history that supports your motherland. For us it should be our motherland... nearer to us than our mother because of which we dont call vajpaee our primeminister and all the ugliness that had to come with it.
There is a saying in punjabi which is worth quoting "jera apni maan da nahin hoya, oh kisay da vih nahin hoya" (one who isnt faithful to ones mother isnt faithful to anyone).
Be a PAKISTANI and be PROUD of it.
