No they can not do…iss may awam ka faida kahan hai??
what they do is they make minister out of the person who holds bank accounts and properties in fAaran land. Drinkers are made senior minister, those who take kick backs are considerd loyal to the party( not just PPP, PMLN A-Z, waghaira waghaira).
