Re: oh Good Lord.. what in the world PTA thinking about banning chat softwares?
Isn’t it better to tax such packages and sms rather than ban them? People with real need to sms and call would use them then rather than forwarding jokes and ‘sayings’. The government can get some badly needed revenue too.
