Those who wear tight underwear should read about the ultimate drawback , if you want to be papa in your life. It decreases your chances to become papa. I am not kidding. Read about it here.

I do but only while training. those tight stretch able polyester thingy.
But I will only have them on for no more than couple of hrs. 3-4 times a weak.
