Obama is shifting towards the "center" which means adopting hawkish stances on bombing Muslim countries. goes to show the predilection in this country for war mongering and bombing people in the name of euphemisms like protecting our freedom.

sooner or later Pakistan ain't going to be seen anywhere on a world map unless each an everyone of the religious institutions is shut down, wiped out, mullahs executed, and secularism is brought into the country.

can people stop talking about "USA after Muslim countries" why do you care? Arabs don't care for us, Africans don't worry about us, central Asians dong care for us. until we as "Pakistanis" worry about "Pakistan" and "Pakistan ONLY" we are always going to be living in or going back to a **** hole watching kids eating dirt.

Wishful thinking. Religious institutions are not the core of the problem. It's the attitude, and education that needs to be reformed.

Faisal, I thought I was disenfranchised being a social liberal and fiscal conservative in this 2-party system. It must be even more frustrating for you, looking for someone who is compassionate towards minorities but advocates conservative social policies. I believe we'll need 5 or 6 parties before you'll ever get your ideal candidate.
Haha... actually any semi-decent Republican candidate will probably work. The last 8 years of Bush Presidency and the whole War on Islam (a.k.a War on Terror) bit has thrown the muslim vote in a quandry. Plus no denying Obama has this magnetic attraction for people, and even without any actual record or any better policy plans, they are gyrating towards him. So be it. Lets take your argument one step further. Only those who actually vote in the US elections, matter here. The rest can keep their trap shut. And for those who are voters, they are American citizens, and they should keep "America" first - not Pakistan or some other fantasy land of their ancestors. It should be USA USA USA....

Hahaha.... nah, just taking your "I am sick of it ..." logic one step forward. For a person who actually votes in this election (i.e. US citizen), it should be "USA first" and not "Pakistan first". Agree or not?
