If he can straightened the insurance companies and their tactics to betray both doctors and patients, that would be great. Other than that, his plan will make healthcare worse.
Someone will have to pay eventually and standard of care will go down.
And canadian healthcare? Hummm. There is a reason why canadians want to cross border and love to be treated in US. Many living close to border try to get jobs in US with companies/employers which offer health insurance.
