really? Where exactly does your medical system ranks in the world. There is a reason that US medical care and hospitals are ranked at the top in the world. Plus, how long does it take for a socialized medical care to provide care for you? There have been numerous studies that show 2 weeks of wait to see the doctor is not uncommon in countries with socialized medicine. I understand that you Canadians like free stuff and like others to pay for your responsibilities, some of us in US still believe in personal responsibilities and achievements.
BTW Obama's health care plan sucks just like any other policy he has proposed.
The US has profit driven system & the insurance companies's goal is to make money, and they don't care much about your health. We may have the best system in the world, but what good is it if we have the lowest life expectancy of any developed country & our health care ranking is 38 according to WHO & around 50 million people don't have health insurance b/c they cant afford it?
