He is a great choice - brilliant, tough, gets things done, has worked in the white house and congress, respected by both sides, GOP friends on the hill, close to Obama, trusted and loyal. He is going to get things done and he'll be the tough guy so Obama doesn't have to be. What more could he ask for in a chief of staff? Perfect choice.
