ironically enough, he quotes the Nuremburg trials in this interview. being complicit, just following orders etc. are not excuses that will be upheld at the ICC. these people are just as culpable. maybe more as they are killing their own people.

Then I guess he is right. US Soldiers can legally be tried at the ICC and be culpable because on average 40% of the civilian casualties in Afghanistan and Iraq were caused by the US military.
