Guppies are right in saying that it depends on level lf understanding you have with that person. Cousin hai tu I think thori frankness tu ho jaati hai. Yes he can do away with such comments (even as good friends) but it is not a 'crime'..

I guess if some stranger shouts it out, then that's cheap...otherwise with friends, it seems like something u say "pyar se" u know :)
