markham and oakville happen to be long distance zones (atleast from bell canada traditional system) so keep in mind that rest of GTA will be fuming a bit.. except ppl with long distance or flat rate stuff... oakville is a nice place, it isnt bombarded FULLY like brampton with desi ppl, mississauga is almost full with lots of property taxes, BUT transit system is amazing..
house wise if u're thinking of VALUE .. as in getting MOST for ur buck, then Milton is the place to go .. but its a bit far off from majority of people (or atleast that i know of) but its blooming fast..
I hate taking NyQuil now. It gives you the restlessness feeling at first and you’re sleepy at the sametime. So not cool :no:
Eventually, you’ll fall asleep and sleep like a baby. 
But it does help though. Best medicine=prevention.
