ok, so i fixed it up for her
saturday, may 5th.
4 hours @ $30 per hour.
menu to be decided on shortly.
so far it's syani1 and myself.
anyone else interested in joining us?
Re: NY galz and thai cuisine
yay we had a really good time! so it was Syani1, the chef and urs truly.
we made 5 dishes: two chicken stir fry in two diff styles and tom yum soup and chicken satay anddddd a noodles dish. everything was absolutely delicious.. i learnt a lot and i will definitely be cooking more thai now. it's definitely healthier than oily masalaydaar desi khaanay and a welcome change to my diet.
it was the first time i took cooking lessons... and i'm glad i did! it was definitely worth it, i learnt stuff i'd never have found in recipes online. will post pics soon!
