Yeah mucus all around the sinus area causing sinus like symptoms withing 2-3 days of eating it. It's addictive because it contains too much caffeine. Replaced my morning coffee with it when I was trying to quit coffee. It did help (with strong determination Offcourse) as now I don't require a large strong cup of coffee the first thing in the morning. Only tea after breakfast which is not too strong and sometimes not even that.
But those days when I ate it first thing in the morning to replace coffee, within 2-3 days, it produced too much mucus which was too difficult to get rid of and went away very slowly. I noticed it always happened whenever I ate Nutella. So never eat it anymore.
Those too haha... Were replacement for my 3 mugs of strong coffee/tea a day as a single piece loaded with enough caffeine. I used to eat 4-5 a day but without the milk. Thank God not anymore as am not addicted to caffeine anymore.
And that small amount in the Ferrero Rocher packs quite punch. Those things are sooo addictive. I can finish one of those 16-total packets in about 2 days. Usually with a cold glass of milk
