Now, why would you not eat at Sehri.... han?

Re: Now, why would you not eat at Sehri.... han?

thanks for everybody’s input thus far.
you are not understanding what I meant: i did say that not all
( but many) women get up and take sehri.
my intention was to highlight the health concern in skipping sehri. and not a bidding to make one gender better than the other.
that was supposed to be the humor in there. sorry if u missed it.
but any suggestions from men who do do think that they have a hard time getting up for sehri and other people in the house will be asking them to get up but for some reason they cannot?
if nothing else, it is not a good habit. because what if, u do fall weak during the fast,
and then u also wanted to be traveling, or working longer hours, then u will be tired.
& as i said earlier, sehri is a part of the fast itself.
the effort that is put in getting so early, and accepting this changed routine of eating and drinking, is an effort on our part to properly keep a fast.
