I think most people are of this opinion that if you say the word “talaq” for 100s of times at one occasion it will still be counted as 1 talaq.

Are you sure? I thought it is just a shia ruling. As far as I know, most sunnis moulvis agree that saying talaq 3 times on one occasion is enough to nullify the marriage. Even if husband says it as a joke. Even if husband did not mean it. It was a big issue in Pakistan when Usman Pirzada uttered the** ط** word 3 times for his original wife during a TV drama.
