As others have suggested that the book was never in the market, so there is no point in harping on something that didn't happen.
The point is that Muslims have done much worse with other Muslims (and continue to do so) than any book would ever do.
Unfortunately there are many among Muslims who would rather accuse others for the Muslim-on-Muslim atrocities.
