just went on my settings and saw that quote notification thing is set to No (probably due to the system migration it went back to original settings).....khair ab i hope it is working.

settings** >** general settings (its in the right panel) > scroll down to visitors messaging > quote notification (choose whatever u want).

I think new version of vBulletin took it away. Not much can be done about it, I am sure, unless if there is a compatible hack available, that can be installed for quotes tab to show like before.
