BUT…it is only for visitors, residents from abroad!!! Seriously…so the 1million N.Koreans who are using their mobiles won’t have access to this service…! Am so glad I don’t live there!!!

sometimes i think even somali people have some freedom as compared to these poor souls living in north korea..
