deep thought here, my friend. very true.
but, hope is that when people make a wrong decision, they are at least able to see a little later that they made a decision in a hurry and that is how they should not make one again like that. it is as much about proper timing as much as the personal ability of an individual to think right, without making any alibis or delaying or running away from own selves while deceiving others.
also, if it is a really bad situation, a person who made a bad decision, should change it rght away or sooner.

Depends.

If the issue is not that major, then sometimes I make decisions fast whereas at other times, I take my time. However if it's something major, then yes, I try my best to see all sides of the picture before making a decision.

taking time is good, yet one should always make the decision with keeping the person infront of oneself, in person, whom one's decision will affect.
