no offence but this whole “this is not our culture” notion is kind of ridiculous. Art and entertainment is inspired by real life but it ISN’T real life, so take it for what it is and enjoy what it has to offer, or simply flip the chanel if it offends you.
Don’t you think it’d be silly if people started protesting horror movies or SCI- FI using the same argument?

I second this! Finally someone who takes a rational position on this.
