zigs, it was a sketch he did and then made it from scratch but maybe he used something else in his studio as inspiration? the kameez was long, in a medium-hued sort of grey-based pink, if that makes sense so not candy pink or red-based pink, and the lehenga was a lovely blue-based turquoise with a swirly sort of pattern on it in kaam. the dupatta was pink too. it was very nice shades of the colors- very fresh. i've seen the pink/blue combo before but not in these shades.
the kaam was all really fine gota work, beads and diamontes. and he'd use this beautiful lighter orange shade for accent piping everywhere. it was really super, super pretty mA.
That definitely sounds fresh and unique - it's not like a typical Nomi Bridal, loud and in your face. I hope we come across the pics somewhere! He's usually quite creative and will start sketching immediately in front of the client, but doesn't like making huge edits once he's made a suggestion.

mostly the prices he quote to my friend were too high..
