^agreed! this is anything BUT bakwas! the light colors keep the heavy kaam looking sophisticated and the long sleeves are so elegant!

gray as a desi bridal dress colour is horrible..my sis and her jeethani have the valeema on the same day..they had the same dress but in diff colour (the jeethani choose them)... her jeethani has the dress in the same gray as nomi wife and poor girl everybody told her that her dress was not looking good at all and everyone was praising my sis...and my sis was feeling so bad for her...everybody said that it seems like "kaaale badal aa gaye hain" LOL!

This was the exact shade of blue/gray I wanted on my wedding day for yearss. Its stunning. The only thing I don't like about the dress is the placement of kaam, it kinda looks cheap :/.
But overall she's a stunning bride, and they make a really cute couple.

Nope. Just don't see anything ordinary about it. I like that it's a bridal look that showcases the bride and not the outfit, and is still pretty. And when people are calling someone's bridal look "bakwas" and being incredibly harsh and unfair about it, I feel the need to speak up. This is not a model. This is a woman on her wedding day. And you have opened a thread specifically to trash her look. Just because she is married to a celebrity doesn't mean she deserves this kind of talk.

actually that was not his valima, he just had a simple nikkah and the rukhsati will take place later, thats what nomi said on one of the morning shows, his wifes name is asma. so according to the type of ceremony she wore just right and i love her dress

Totally agree with sahar, noone has the right to say her dress is "bakwas", totally classless act IMHO.
