Would love to say some Islamic extremists, just to give some contributors here a jab, but frankly there is no real mystery to making the stuff, so it could be anyone.
Frankly I think it is some wacked out individual, or a domestic group, but it seems to be a pretty lame attempt. Hopefully there will be some claim of responsibility, so we can all have more fun speculating...
And the loss of a few congressmen would substantially ease global warming, so it might not be such a bad thing. :)
the funny thing is when u have experts on radio telling viewersd how easy it is to make and how it is made.. I mean why not just put a ricin mailorder kit on the dang radio station website?
