China and US did not come to Paksitan’s aid in 1971 … are they fair weather friends … NO … just like they had their own “strategic” reasons not to come … similarly India did not send the satellite for its own “strategic” reasons !!!1
This is not going to impact the alliance … the alliance is their because of mutual interests … that is why the foreign minister of Iran is in India … to sell IPI pileline to India !!!
