machalta hay, jo dil tera, to jaan-e-jaan tu khud say kyoon sharmaa’ye:whistling
once ur weight starts to act funny, (that stage will be coming too) start eating EVERY group of foods..just few restrictions: no ‘dessert’ after meals…if u MUST satisfy sweet tooth, eat apples..
no eating less than 2 hrs before u sleep.. and that is all..
-things happen in life get over it :~) - i know that was mean and harsh but someoen has to say it.
you are constantly worried about something.. our psychological and physical health are connected very closely. Sara chanda let it go!
remember few things!
Tension dena ka lene ka nahee - have fun...
face the world with this attitude- you against them :~)
when that happens to me [which is very very rare] i go for long drives.. think of nothing just enjoy the weather etc.
I think you are taking your relatives too seriosuly- those aunties need a smack on their behind really good i am telling you. Unko hoor te koi kaam nahe be chari sadi bachi di sehaat da satyaanas karde paye nah.
dont let people get to you - thats their target aur pata kia in my case i dont let anyone get to me :D - you should see their face when they see t heir techniques don't work with me
oh did i tell you i am known to be badtameez and rude in my khandan- they talk all about me - SO WHAT! -- moi is gettign popular *hula
-turn negative in to a positive thing :~)
hugz - when you are back we will do a guppy meet inshallah
nia, u talkin generally, or me specifically? I know shiit happens.. honestly, im trying to let it go now.. buss kabhi kabhi, dil bhi itna heavy hota hai ke
just noticing my food intake from yesterday ... half plate kababz, two pieces of qeema naan, 4 pieces of chicken tikka (ordered half chicken) two naanz, can of apple sidra... then second meal after that was today... half plate of rice, 1 plate of qourma and 1naan+1 roti..adrak chai, and now thinking of going outside for gym but debating eat before that or after it..
adrak chai = adrak ke chotay chotay pieces kar kay, long ke sath mila ke, aur phir pees kar chai ke pani main daltay hain .. regular chai nahi p jati hay abb :-) pehlay sehat/galay ke liyay pita tha, ab taste aisa develop hua hay ke normal chai achi nahi lag pati :(
faizy:eek: that much food!..i woulda thought u were a motoo uncle if it wasnt for image2…you’re in great shape so we will let it go…
sara gadheee…r u kidding me? 45 minutes of cardio four times a week??? thats alot of cardio. esp when pakistan food isnt as “heavy” or “calorie laden” as food in the US. You gotta do strenghthening with the cardio otherwise you will exhaust your body. i say do 30 mins of cardio three times a week and do 15-20 mins of strength training twice a week. (abs/biceps/triceps/back)
the weather could be a culprit too…sweaty, hot…makes u lathargic.
kiya karain yaar.. get hungry, gotta eat.. body has to be feded every 3-4 hours now.. i dont even sleep my full 8 hours sleep, ATLEAST have to get up once to munch something …
good point about weather though :k: neemboo pani would help a lot :k:
Alright.. for bfast I had a cup of strwberry yogurt.. then 90 min later I did 60 min of cardio, didnt burne nuff calories tho .. after that, i had muttar rice (one cup) and masala chicken with a buncha salad on top.. There’s a can of fat free pringles sitting on my kitchen counter calling out my name..
Oh, and most of the time i'm an air conditioned room (when im at hjome, in my room and the electricity is working :D), i hate when its hot and muggy so i rarely go in that type of weather..
i dunno about u…but i always end up losing a few pounds everytime i visit pakistan…initially through an upset stomach…(if i eat any paki junk food like bun kababs off the street) and also because the food is never filling enough.
i dont eat parathas and desi ghee :o
Oh , i used to lose weight everytime I was in pak too, coz i wud barely eat, i cud go like 24 hrs w/o food and not really care.. but then i came back and there were all these restaurants and mineral water which eliminated the main cause of my upset tiddhi
Btw, i was eating lunch today and my dad said desi ghee is actually alright to eat, coz its all natural.. just not too much of it.. dalda ghee is alot worse and far unhealthier than desi ghee..xtra virgin olive oil is still the best, n i t takes time to get used to the taste, but our relatives, n whoever wud come over to eat, jus eats dalda ghee.. :o
