I attended a wedding once with same scenario except they were moving to another state.. so they wrote something like this

“Your dua’s are the best gift but if you wish to give a gift, we ask for no boxed gifts”

I like that line.

Are you doing gift registries? If you are, I found some cute poems/words you can include in your invitations. They use the words “wishing well” and you can either use a card box or wishing well for cards/wishes found at many craft stores:

**Because Bride and Groom be living in ____,
We request that you consider looking at their bridal registrations.

If nothing suits your choices,
We will have a wishing well at the reception**

OR

Because Bride and Groom have what they need for their new home,
We request you consider something from the registries.
If you see nothing that suits you,
A wishing well will be available at the reception.
