Guys I am sorry I didnt understand , So asking this again , why is it very important to register a marriage in the UK?
Say both husband and wife are british citizens , but got married under islamic law in a muslim country , didnt register their marriage in the UK … other then Divorce complications what other reasons are there for them to register the marriage 
When a child comes that child will automatically be granted British nationality depending on the nationality of the mother /father… irrespective of whether they registered their marriage or not .. right?
