lol you can take some curry with oil out, after you have mixed the atta, then you can pour that back for the gheee and stuff but don't need extra tarka...

So I made the nihari yesterday and it turned out awesome.
Even I was impressed :cb:

I did bhoon the ata and then dissovled it in water and then added it, have to say, it did taste nice compared to just adding the ata.
