I think after your nightmare your supposed to say 'authubillah e mineshaytaan niraheem' (i seek refuge in ALLAH swt from the rejected satan) and spit lightly over your left shoulder 3 times i think. You can also read some namaz if desired.
About the t'shirts, i knew a printing firm i sort of worked in, and they made personalised t'shirts, hoodies, key rings, coasters etc!
