You become senior after 500 posts
You can put forward your request for Custom Title and Avatar after 1000 posts to Mr Custom; however, you may get it before 1000 posts only if you are an acha/achi bachi 
You can get your own smiley after 10,000 posts (or 5 years of memebership)
