There is no criteria to fulfil as such. TLK bhai decides if you have a valid reason for changing your nick and if the new nick meets specific conditions. I changed my nick, for example, because I had signed up with my real name first. :@: So this was a valid reason. And my new nick didn't clash with anyone else's nick so it wasn't a problem. You can't really keep changing your nick because you're bored of the current one and want a new, more interesting one.
And lol lkk :D I see it's been nearly a year ever since I've been bullying Mr. 09!
