^ He may not be talking about you! :-P
5Abi, its hard to follow a game, when you are not passionate about a team. And lately its a chore being passionate about any of the Bay Area teams in any major league, except Warriors and Sharks. Lets see how this football season shapes up. While Raiders may be the Dolphins of this year, 9ers may actually do something.
tsk, i guess you have heard already, baron davis of warriors is back in LA.
you really ought to watch 49ers from the late 80s to mid 90s era to be passionate about them (they defined the so-called West Coast offense, instrumental in winning many superbowls, currently adopted by most of the high powered offenses in NFL), watch ESPN-Classic channel if you get it, watch montana and young connect with rice, watch charles haley pass rush the QB and so on, go and watch a game at candlestick
as for the other team, raiders, they were originally based in oakland, came to LA, won a superbowl, and left LA for good in 1994, not sure if LA wants them again
other bay area sports, lets see, watch stanford vs. berkeley football game end of the season (The Big Game), yeah it really is a big rivalry
PS: the dolphins whooped patriots arse yesterday, dan marino can breathe sigh of relief
