See, that is how propaganda works, even after it was admitted that it was a lie people will still say they would believe that, propaganda makes sure that the enemy’s character assassination is to an extent that even if they say truth and show ‘proofs’ they will not be believed.

I suggest you read a book “Rape of Kuwait”. Then you will no longer see Saddam as a hero. Plus, I hadn’t even heard of this before, killing in hospitals. I was merely commenting that the Iraqis certainly weren’t above this kind of brutality.
