My Ammi told that in start fridge was called ‘Thado Kabhbhat - Thanda Cupboard’ by people in rural Sindh.

hamare yanha(read as region) muharram ke month me chonge banaye jate hai..usmi parathe me ghee aur shakkar bhari jaati hai…

aur maharashtra me puran poli(poli is marathi word for roti) banayi jati hai iss me chane ki daal ko boil karke…usme sugar mila kar ghee me pakate hain fir usse grind kar liya jata hai…

aur buss fir iss mix ko roti me bhar ke isse ghee me fry karte hain..aur fir isse ghee ke sath khaya jata hai:yummy:

aur unn pakistani bhaion ko paindoo hone ke label se bachna hota hai....:D
