I never saw people eating chicken feet in rural Sindh, but here in Karachi people buy it in big quantities, especially in winters. Heard that it is good for gathiyaas patients.
Crow feet? 
One of my friend brought Pakhi (murghabi) from Manchar lake and send saalan of that to Urdu speaking neighbor. They asked ‘ye kis ka saalan hai’.. bacha didn’t know Urdu for Pakhi. He replied ‘Parinde ka saalan’. They asked ‘Konsa parinda?’ He said ’ wo jo kala kala nahi hota’. They said ‘ye wapis le jao, hum kawwa nahin khate’ 
BTW Pakhi’s (murghabi) feet are eaten in rular Sindh
