Sorry - my bad. Misunderstood what you were getting at, and was a little too quick to jump to the worst possible conclusion :D
Haha - nah its cool RaMo.
Newcastle United beat Manchester City by Alan Shearer’s late double. - we have now jumped to 6th rank in the Premiership table - Shearer top scorer again - COOL
- a big boost for us as Jonathan Woodgate and Kieron Dyer made their return to the Newcastle United’s squad - and we are only one point behind Birmingham.
tomorrow
Fulham - Arsenal and Chelsea - Man U
Chelsea ManU will be a good game for sure :k:
^they're gonna show it on Dutch TV tomorrow
Big match a few hours away...
I hope they would not play too defensive fearful of the fact that a loss would mean some breathing space for Arsenal and and the winners of this match..( provided gooners win against fulham..which I think should not be a prob as the team is in superb form)
dont you guys think ManU should spend some dough on getting MidFielders? Giggs is one worked out man ( and he has performed well this season) , with Veron and Beckham moving out Keane on the verge of retirement they sure will need some in that area
Chelsea 1-0 ManU :D :D :D
And thanks to Arsenal drawing at home to Fulhum ,Chelsea go a point clear at the top :D Don't know if we'll still be there come May , but i'm gonna enjoy it while it lasts.
oh tay le - we can't even beat Wolves - goddammit we have one damn god awful record at Mollenue.
And well done to Fulham who scored only their second point against Arsenal in 91 years!
Oh and Alan Shearer pulls away in the goal scorers list woohoo.
good that Arsenal isn't topping the table anymore, but too bad Man U is now 4 points adrift
Damn - another draw for Newcastle - We should have won that - we had something like 5 shots cleared of the line or something!
Arsenal and Chelsea could only draw at the top so Manchester United were the big movers with their 4 - 0 win over Aston Villa - Ruud leads the top scorer group with 14 goals.
^If i'm not mistaken Ruud has 11 in the league and 3 in other competitions....that wud make Shearer topscorer of the league with 13 goals
yes you are right NeSCio - Alan Shearer is the top scorer. :D (at the moment)
some of the best games played last weekend - we are clicking at the right time - 4-0 over Spurs - Alan Shearer has scored his 100th goal at the St. James park - and how well he did it can't be explained in words - utterly brilliant!
shocking results would have to be of Chelsea lost to Bolton - and Saints stunning the Liverpool side.
Gunners are back on top of table just after one week gap with Manchester United and Chelsea on 2 and 3 - we are at 5 - just hanging in there!
Man Utd 0 Newcastle 0
Manchester United were held to a 0-0 draw by Newcastle at Old Trafford this afternoon, but still move one point clear at the top of the Premiership.

The season is hotting up.
tho i am not satisfied with the result as the stupid refs robbed us again( that was a clear penalty for Alan) but we played a defensive game against a top ball club(and that is good) - MU should be thankful that they got a result in favor of them by playing so badly against us(Newcastle United)
i’m disappointed with the draw but delighted the magpies didn’t lose!!! let’s face it not many sides can go to old trafford and get a result against man utd!!!
mr durkin denied us a pen’ come on tim howard clearly tripped alan shearer but durkin claimed he was standing 2 far from the incident wat bull
he could’ve referred withhis linesman like ur supposed 2!!!
anyways i suppose 1 of his decisions did save us, the fact that he disallowed man utd a goal from silvestre when clearly there was no push but just a minor tug in the penalty area.
i thought shearer, jj and dyer were superb as always, with special mention for robert who nearly converted his free kick, man this boy has talent its a shame france aren’t playing him on international level ona regular basis.
anyways a good result for the toon, and the toon army come home happy, wai ayeeee man there iz only 1 newcastle united. ![]()
Well at least the guy admitted his fault. To err is human.
Durkin admits to wrong decision](BBC SPORT | Football | Premiership | Durkin admits to wrong decision)
Report: Man Utd 0-0 Newcastle
Referee Paul Durkin has admitted he was wrong to deny Newcastle a penalty during the draw at Manchester United.
Goalkeeper Tim Howard tripped Alan Shearer during the 0-0 draw but Durkin said he was too far away to be sure.
“I was expecting the ball to be played upfield but it was rather a poor passback and I was caught quite a distance from play,” said Durkin.
Durkin, who also ruled out a United goal by Mikael Silvrestre, added: "I was just totally uncertain whether there had been any contact.
"It was a big blow for us and looked as if Howard did catch Alan. It looked like a penalty
“Obviously now I have seen it on television there was a little bit of contact there and Newcastle can count themselves a little bit unlucky.”
Sir Alex Ferguson also felt thought it was a penalty - but added that he believed Silvestre’s goal should have been allowed.
“Having seen the video it was definitely a penalty, but we should have had a goal when Silvestre scored,” Ferguson said.
"But at least Durkin had the courage to come out and say he was wrong.
"If we had more of that then we’d have better refereeing.
“For our disallowed goal I think he was probably evening things out to get himself out of a hole.”
this season looks set to go down to the wire. But Arsenal and Manchester are equally balanced when compared. It will be nice to see how gets to laugh last
^ how... kinda like this hahahahahahah
who.. we dunno yet :)
