The EPA requires each state to reduce its emissions by 32 pct by 2030. Bumped it up for 30 pct.

Coal will take a beating. Nuclear, Nat gas, renewables will increase. Hydropower constant.

Ecpect rooftop solar to continue to be popular. Speaking of which a pis sing contest between utility and solar installers going on on phoenix. Over utilities requiring installers to be more transparent on leasing contracts. But we digress.

Some coal plants could be shut down before they are paid for fully. This is per the utilities.

Republicans can just defund EPA as they control the money. Expect the future President Trump (err actually walker or rubio) to go along with it.

Clinton is becoming damaged so much so that Bernie Sanders is overtaking her in NH, yet he himself calls himself a ‘Socialist’ (a big ‘no no’ in america) and just comes across as spitting and angry. It can happen just how Romney became “liberal” in national debates in 2012. In fact, Romney seems reasonable if you watch the election debates now but then I remembered how much he had flip flopped in one day over issues back then.
