Taha is really good, i've tried it twice, liked the food, it;s not too expensive either, only 340 per head for buffet lunch.
Mall of lahore is a boring place for window shopping, too expensive and nothing special.
Bangkok Airport is good, if you have a longer stay you can go to city for shopping or massage, it;s about 40 mins drive. "Khaosan" will be the place to go.
Or just have a relaxing foot massage at one of the open massage parlors after exploring the airport, cause it;s really huge.

and yah u r right MOL (mall of lahore) is really expensive but nothing good there. i personally visit twice but can't get one good.
