PPP is making alliance with productions of army(MQM and PMLQ) got it?
They made alliance with PML N in beginning but as usual , conspirators did their job and separated them . They were having no way else .

Actually a new social , political and regional contract is required to redefine the limits of the institutions .

You seem to forget the history of Pak Army.
The continuous looting of Pakistan through Pak Army's history.
As for 'rotational control' you should remember how Pak Army leaders have always held on to power, Kayani, Zia, Mush, etc.
