You’re not alone, many people feel like that. Sometimes the realisation comes that you’ve much to be grateful for and sometimes it takes something massive for you to realise. Don’t be disheartened to continue asking from Allah swt, take it one day at a time rather than looking at it from the bigger picture, that can just overwhelm you unnecessarily.
